Below is a list of Major NPCs who are Villainous in nature and play large roles in the world of Dragon Ball Justice.
These characters are critical to the world and state of events, and will be included in major events throughout the course of the stories in each Role Play as needed. Obviously not every character will be included in every story as not every event will interest or be of concern to each individual character. For clarification purposes, the characters listed in the articles below are all characters seen in the official series of their respective mediums, and are not to be regarded as the property or identity of any individual participants of the Group Roleplay. These characters are lovingly included into the stories we tell with respect and understanding that they are not the property of individual writers outside of the official release.
These Non-Player Characters may only be controlled by approved Group Administrators. Failure to respect this rule will result in the appropriate consequences being administered in accordance with the effect.
Towa
Former Leader of the Dark Empire, and a brilliant scientist responsible for wreaking havoc across all of time.
Towa is cunning, manipulative, and cruel. She enjoys brainwashing people and does not hesitate to use the technology on anyone. Her ultimate goal being to break the seal on Demon Realm and merge it with the upper realms in order to unleash chaos onto the multiverse. After the events of the Crisis at Zero Hour and the destruction of the Qliphoth, Towa is currently imprisoned at Stryker's Island Maximum Security Facility for Metahumans and is biding her time patiently, waiting for when she can escape and resume her plans.
Mira
An artificially engineered bio-Android warrior created by Towa, whose sole goal is to become the strongest warrior across all of existence throughout history.
Together with Towa, Mira absorbs the energy and cells of powerful warriors to further his own power in the hopes of asserting his dominance. Stoic, cold, and taciturn, Mira rarely speaks and prefers to let his actions speak for themselves. Following the Crisis at Zero Hour and the destruction of the Qliphoth, Mira's body has been destroyed and his core is kept in stasis, locked away in a maximum security vault hidden deep within Stryker's Island Maximum Security Facility for Metahumans.
