The following are guidelines for transformations for relevant races to help understand the nature of the forms, as well as rules expected and required to be followed to use such relevant transformations.

Saiyan Transformations
1: No Saiyan Character, Half or Otherwise, may be permitted usage of Super Saiyan 4 or any Super Saiyan God forms (Blue / Rosé ) when beginning in the RP. Anything above must be earned IC.
2: SUPER SAIYAN GOD - Like Goku, in order to achieve this form, you must perform the Super Saiyan God Ritual IC in the Group Roleplay. Saiyan Participants cannot all be controlled by a single character. Multiple participants must be utilized with a bare minimum of 3 in order to undergo the Super Saiyan God Ritual In Character.
3: Using a higher form of Super Saiyan to overpower another character by default is invalid. A SSj2 cannot overpower a SSj1 by default. This is because the Super Saiyan forms are multipliers of a user's base power. This is a highly sensitive and debatable issue, as each character's individual powers may vary based on their own development and the writer's own skill. Simply claiming you can overpower a more detailed and experienced writer by exploiting a higher state of Super Saiyan is invalid - You must be able to prove with your writing that you can defeat your opponent.
4: Fan-Made Super Saiyan forms and variations, for those who create them, are unique and exclusive only to the creator and those they permit usage of said form (Approval by the creator of a Fan-Made Saiyan transformation must be given to use - No Exceptions). That being said, each fan-made Super Saiyan form must be registered in and approved by at least two Group Admins.
Because of a lot of misconceptions in regard to how the Super Saiyan transformations function, a guide will be provided to better understand each form individually. This will include pros and cons of each form as well as an understanding of how each form functions on an emotional level and where the energy a Saiyan draws from to transform actually comes from. Information will also be provided and sourced from interviews with series creator Akira Toriyama himself and provided via the Kanzenshuu, as well as a potential correlation to real-world energies and Chakras focused through MasakoX’s color theory. Ikari / Wrath State
A unique state in which a Saiyan becomes completely enraged and loses all sense of self and reason, falling into a full Berserker state. When completely succumbed to anger, the Saiyan in question taps into the power of a Great Ape, gaining the power, speed, and durability, but without undergoing a complete physical metamorphosis. Like the superior Super Saiyan 4 form, this state of self taps into the power of the Root Chakra as it draws upon the primal physical power of the Great Ape form, bringing the user closer to their roots in the lower physical self. The form has two stages: The first being that the user's eye color turns a piercing golden yellow. In the second stage, the user of this transformation gains a large increase in muscle mass and height, and their hair goes rigid as if assuming a Super Saiyan transformation. In addition to the drawback of the user going completely feral and uncontrollable, this transformation also causes constant pain to the user due to the constant eruption of power. This is seen by its only known official user, Broly - The growls and roars he lets out in this form are due to the intense pain rather than fighting spirit.

Super Saiyan
The iconic transformation that skyrocketed the Dragon Ball franchise into mainstream media. In order to achieve this transformation, the user must experience an emotional upheaval triggered by desperation and a sort of Fight or Flight response. In addition, one must have a high S-Cell count, which increases the more gentle and less violent a Saiyan becomes. One should also note that as Saiyans breed with other species, their S-Cell count decreases the more diluted the Saiyan blood becomes through the generations. The Saiyan in question has their hair color turn blond while standing on end and their eyes turn a teal green shade. New users of this form experience increased aggression and extreme energy drain throughout the duration of usage until mastery of the form is attained. It is the easiest form to master and the most balanced when having done so. Its power comes from the Solar Plexus Chakra, where it gets its golden color from as well as the root of its usage. The Solar Plexus Chakra is the seat of one's emotional life where feelings of personal power, joy, and anger are associated. When blockage of this Chakra occurs from feelings of anger, frustration, lack of direction or victimisation occur, it reaches its critical point where one can first trigger their Super Saiyan transformation and ascend to greater heights in a burst of explosive power as the emotions of frustration and unfulfillment purge themselves and release itself to give the Saiyan in question an empowerment through their emotions. This is why inexperienced users of the form experience increased aggression and belligerence as they are channeling their frustration and anger to turn it into power. It should be noted that, when mastered and perfected, this form is capable of growing further in power which then renders the supplementation stages of Super Saiyan 2 and 3 irrelevant due to the higher stamina drain of each subsequent form rise.

Purely an upgrade to the first stage Super Saiyan, the user experiences an increase in muscle mass by inflating the nerves and muscles with ki to increase speed and power. However, it is a forced increase of power output that burns energy much more rapidly than its previous stage due to the usage of Ki to inflate the muscles and thus not as efficient for long term usage

Super Saiyan Grade 3
Coined as the "Ultra Saiyan" form, this is a second stage augmentation of the Super Saiyan form after Grade II. However, because it is so forced, the user's now swollen body becomes bulky and encumbered, making movement difficult and agility is lost despite the massive gain to striking power.

Super Saiyan Full Power
This form appears identical to the original Super Saiyan as it is the Super Saiyan form mastered and perfected. It is often referred to as Grade 4 or Mastered Super Saiyan form. Through training, the drawbacks of the Super Saiyan form have been negated. Once attained, this becomes the user's normal Super Saiyan form, and they will never again experience the drawbacks of its initial stages. It is still the same in terms of ability and usage as the Grade 1 form, but as the user is calmer and in control now, they can use that calm to better use their power more efficiently. This occurs when the user gains complete control of the energy released from their Solar Plexus Chakra needed to utilize the power of a Super Saiyan, no longer running wild with their emotions. Because of this high level of control, the Saiyan who uses this form can maintain the transformation for days without end, seemingly without drawback.
Additionally, though it is difficult to attain, higher stages of Super Saiyan (such as Super Saiyan 2 or 3) can actually have the power added to this state once fully mastered, proving true mastery of the Super Saiyan transformation line without having to expend excess stamina or Ki.

Alternatively known as Grade 5. The direct successor to the first Super Saiyan form, Super Saiyan 2 takes everything that the original transformation had and doubles it. By drawing deep onto the user's Saiyan blood and drawing power from it, the user allows even more energy of their Solar Plexus Chakra to reach further heights and go beyond into an incredible state of power. However, like the first Super Saiyan form, this also comes with the drawback of heightened aggression like the first stage, but even greater to the point of some users outright refusing to think logically to vent their frustration as seen with Gohan when he first utilized the form against Perfect Cell. Like Super Saiyan 1, the form possesses a Grade II(5.1) and Grade III (5.2) but these aren't as easy to attain as the first level. In addition, one should note that this is still just a power up variant of Super Saiyan which involves forcing the power gain and mastering the first form could be more beneficial as its power could match or exceed that of Super Saiyan 2 while draining less energy

The massive gains in power are countered by a huge strain to the body and stamina that leave this form ill-suited for long, drawn-out fights. The form uses a Saiyan's full potential with power extracted from every drop of their blood. Where the mastered Full Power state of Super Saiyan's purpose was 100% utilization of physical stamina, the purpose of the Super Saiyan 3 transformation is to increase the utilization of ki, and as a result, the transformation consumes far more energy than even Super Saiyan 2. This notably leads to extended levels of fatigue, even long after powering down. The difference between Super Saiyan 3 and Super Saiyan 2, its predecessor, is immediately noticeable as speed, strength, and endurance are all pushed far beyond the normal limits. The sudden awakening of Super Saiyan 3 is such a violent explosion of power that the user could potentially obliterate themself. Very rarely has this form been seen being utilized out of special circumstances, making it a very difficult transformation to obtain. Like Super Saiyan 2, this form has Grades II and III (6.1 and 6.2), but because of how taxing it is on the body, one would likely overexert their energies and rip their bodies apart trying to obtain these augmentations. In addition, this form still possesses the inherent flaw of being an overexerted augmentation of Super Saiyan, like its predecessor, and as such can be rendered redundant in the unlikely event of mastering the form to add its power to Grade 4.

The Legendary Super Saiyan form is a powered up version of Super Saiyan 1 similar to Grade III but unlike Grade III it does not suffer from any speed drawbacks. No known power level multipliers exist for the form but it is confirmed that the users energy is constantly rising while transformed. However this comes with the drawback that one's expanding energy must be regularly purged out or risk being destroyed from the inside out. Also, cases have been shown that this form possesses some form of regenerative healing factor, but not an instantaneous one. This form is achieved when one draws energy from the aforementioned Solar Plexus Chakra in combination with the Heart Chakra - which deals with feelings of love and grief. Because this form is utilizing two chakras, it is in a state of flux and unstable, much like its known users who all have exhibited signs of grief and severe emotional trauma, which is why they appear as inconsolable. The Heart Chakra, which is green in color, bleeds into the Solar Plexus chakra to create the green tinted aura. Restrained versions of this form have been seen to better regulate and control it, but these forms only exist through outside interference to create Super Saiyan type A and possesses a weaker form called Type C that appears identical to an ordinary Super Saiyan which is typically the user holding back the excessive amount of energy the form exerts.

The most primal and most powerful form a Saiyan can obtain on their own without outside assistance. When one who has obtained Super Saiyan transforms into an Oozaru and regains conscious control of their mind, their body undergoes a metamorphosis that better suits them for the extreme power of the Oozaru transformation combined with their Super Saiyan strength. It is a combination of the two forms, making it follow a different branch along the tree of Saiyan forms. Drawing power from the Root Chakra in conjunction with the Solar Plexus Chakra to tap into the Super Saiyan Strength, this form draws upon the Root Chakra’s primal nature of instinct, survival, and the true physical self. Much like the Root Chakra, Super Saiyan 4 is entirely rooted in the physical self and draws entirely on power from within, unlike the Super Saiyan God forms that draw on Heavenly entities. Because of the primal nature, users are at the peak of their aggression and are extremely instinct-driven.

Saiyans whose hearts are so full of malice and embrace a love for chaos, carnage, and destruction can achieve this unique state wherein they become avatars of destruction who thrive off the bloodshed they cause. In this state, the user gains considerable increases to height and muscle mass as well as causes the Saiyan's hair to extend and grow wild similar to that of Super Saiyan 3. In addition, the Saiyan gains a dark red and black aura so wicked that it could even corrupt other Saiyans briefly, sending them into a feral rage, and this aura may even sprout Shadow Hands the user can control to use in addition to their regular arms. In this heightened state, an Evil Saiyan can fight on par with and even exceed the power of Saiyan Gods. Known users constant usage of this form implies that once achieved, this becomes a Saiyan's natural state

It allows the user to step into the realm of Gods and is a powerful and quick way to achieve new powerful heights. Though, the form is constrained by a time limit which restricts its usage. In addition, simply having divine Ki does not automatically make one superior as beings of mortal nature have exhibited power equal to or superior Gods such as Hit and Golden Frieza

This godly Super Saiyan form is accessible to any mortal Saiyan who has tapped into the realm of divinity. It draws power from the blue Throat Chakra, which deals with purity, self-expression and calmness. Users have unrivaled ki control and are in total control of their emotions, symbolizing a mortal having achieved enlightenment. Super Saiyan Blue allows the user to concentrate and communicate their energies more efficiently. However, this form still can be overwhelmed by other beings whose energy is greater, divine nature or no - much like its predecessors. The form's greatest drawbacks however are that it is extremely tiring to use and repeated use weakens it over extended periods without rest. With training, this can be negated but it should still be noted that inexperienced users of this transformation will experience diminishing returns until effort is made to improve endurance. It also requires absolute focus and concentration to maintain control over their energies, or risk losing control of the transformation - So much so to the point that nearly half of the user's focus and attention will have to be diverted in order to maintain concentration.

The form is virtually identical to Super Saiyan Blue in every way except its appearance and achievement - requiring one to be a natural God originally before becoming a Super Saiyan. In addition, rather than draw from the Throat Chakra, this true Super Saiyan God form draws on the Crown Chakra - one's own connection to God which concerns itself with understanding, acceptance and bliss as well as purpose and personal destiny. It is a God's full mastery over their energy and having attained complete control over their Saiyan power, achieving completion and perfection which creates the blissful feeling of superiority seen in its only known user, Goku Black - otherwise known as Zamasu. One can surmise that others who achieve this form would feel the same sense of completion.

It is a combination of the two forms, making it follow a different branch along the tree of Saiyan forms. Drawing power from the Root Chakra in conjunction with the Solar Plexus Chakra to tap into the Super Saiyan Strength, this form draws upon the Root Chakra’s primal nature of instinct, survival, and the true physical self. Much like the Root Chakra, Super Saiyan 4 is entirely rooted in the physical self and draws entirely on power from within, unlike the Super Saiyan God forms that draw on Heavenly entities. Because of the primal nature, users are at the peak of their aggression and are extremely instinct-driven.

In this state, the user gains considerable increases to height and muscle mass as well as causes the Saiyan's hair to extend and grow wild similar to that of Super Saiyan 3. In addition, the Saiyan gains a dark red and black aura so wicked that it could even corrupt other Saiyans briefly, sending them into a feral rage, and this aura may even sprout Shadow Hands the user can control to use in addition to their regular arms. In this heightened state, an Evil Saiyan can fight on par with and even exceed the power of Saiyan Gods. Known users constant usage of this form implies that once achieved, this becomes a Saiyan's natural state

It allows the user to step into the realm of Gods and is a powerful and quick way to achieve new powerful heights. Though, the form is constrained by a time limit which restricts its usage. In addition, simply having divine Ki does not automatically make one superior as beings of mortal nature have exhibited power equal to or superior Gods such as Hit and Golden Frieza

By combining one's Saiyan Beyond God state with the Super Saiyan transformation, one can enhance their Super Saiyan form with their divine ki to create a new form. This godly Super Saiyan form is accessible to any mortal Saiyan who has tapped into the realm of divinity. It draws power from the blue Throat Chakra, which deals with purity, self-expression and calmness. Users have unrivaled ki control and are in total control of their emotions, symbolizing a mortal having achieved enlightenment. Super Saiyan Blue allows the user to concentrate and communicate their energies more efficiently. However, this form still can be overwhelmed by other beings whose energy is greater, divine nature or no - much like its predecessors. The form's greatest drawbacks however are that it is extremely tiring to use and repeated use weakens it over extended periods without rest. With training, this can be negated but it should still be noted that inexperienced users of this transformation will experience diminishing returns until effort is made to improve endurance. It also requires absolute focus and concentration to maintain control over their energies, or risk losing control of the transformation - So much so to the point that nearly half of the user's focus and attention will have to be diverted in order to maintain concentration.

The counterpart to Super Saiyan Blue that occurs when a natural born God combines their energy with their Super Saiyan form, similar to when a mortal Saiyan who has reached divinity becomes a Super Saiyan to achieve Super Saiyan Blue. The form is virtually identical to Super Saiyan Blue in every way except its appearance and achievement - requiring one to be a natural God originally before becoming a Super Saiyan. In addition, rather than draw from the Throat Chakra, this true Super Saiyan God form draws on the Crown Chakra - one's own connection to God which concerns itself with understanding, acceptance and bliss as well as purpose and personal destiny. It is a God's full mastery over their energy and having attained complete control over their Saiyan power, achieving completion and perfection which creates the blissful feeling of superiority seen in its only known user, Goku Black - otherwise known as Zamasu. One can surmise that others who achieve this form would feel the same sense of completion.
