Strengths:
Saiyan Physiology & Growth Potential — Like all Saiyans, he has strong natural talent and rapid growth through battle (Zenkai). Every tough fight makes him noticeably stronger.
• Limitless Enthusiasm & Willpower — Extremely stubborn and resilient. He rarely stays down for long and turns pain into motivation. His “never give up” attitude is one of his biggest assets.
• Explosive Close-Range Power — His Meteor Smash Rush is fast, aggressive, and highly damaging. He excels at wild, high-pressure melee brawling.
Adaptability In Fights: Rutaba can adapt quickly and can counter in a creative way
• Pure Saiyan Spirit — Loves fighting strong opponents. Gets more excited the tougher the challenge becomes.
• Loyal & Protective Heart — Will throw himself into danger to protect others without hesitation.
Weaknesses
• Age & Inexperience — He’s only 8 years old. His technique is very sloppy, telegraphed, and rookie-level. He relies heavily on raw power and aggression instead of skill.
• Poor Ki Control — His aura is messy and wasteful. Bursts are wild and hard to maintain for long periods. This makes him tire out faster in prolonged fights.
• Recklessness — Charges in head-first without much strategy. Easily baited into traps because he gets too excited.
• Low Stamina & Durability — Still a child. He can take hits and keep going, but big attacks (especially from much stronger opponents.)
• Easily Distracted — Food, cool techniques, or new opponents can pull his focus instantly.
• Overconfidence — Tends to taunt or talk during fights, which can leave him open. He often bites off more than he can chew.
• Lack of Experience Against Complex Abilities — Magic etc.
Signature Techniques:
Savage Cannon: Rutaba’s main attack. Classic Kamehameha stance (hands cupped at side), charges a thick blue beam with orange-red crackling edges.Shout: “SAVAGE… CANNON… HAAAAA!”The beam drills forward then detonates into a massive fireball explosion on impact or after a short distance.
Furious Rush: High-speed combo rush (punch → spinning kick → elbow → knee → straight punch → roundhouse kick → ki-charged finishing punch).Rutaba charges in screaming taunts like “Take this! And this! And THIS!!” as he unleashes the barrage. The last hit is loaded with ki for extra knockback and impact.
Bomba Fireball Rutaba plants his feet, cups his small hands at his side and starts charging. Blue ki swirls fast, then flares up with bright orange-red flames and crackling sparks. He yells the chant with big energy, breaking each part clearly and dramatically: “Bom… Bah… Fire… Ball!!”
Meteor Smash Rush: Rutaba launches high into the air with a ki flare, then crashes down in a devastating combo: flying knee → double-fisted hammer strike → final stomping axe kick. The impact unleashes a powerful shockwave explosion and creates a crater. He shouts “Meteor… SMASH… RUSH!!”
Energy Blast Barrage: Rutaba thrusts both hands forward and unleashes a rapid volley of 10–15 small-to-medium blue ki blasts in a wide cone. Each shot crackles with orange-red sparks and leaves a short sparkling trail. The blasts home in slightly on the target and detonate in quick, fireworks-like explosions on impact.
Shout / Chant“Energy… BLAST… BARRAGE!!”(He usually screams each word in rhythm with the shots, getting louder and more excited as he keeps firing.)
Super Savage Cannon: Rutaba’s most powerful beam attack. He takes a wider, lower stance, cups his hands at his side with maximum focus, and charges a massive, glowing blue beam that’s thicker and brighter than normal, with intense orange-red lightning-like sparks swirling violently around it.
Shout:“SUPER… SAVAGE… CANNON… HAAAAAAA!!”(he really stretches the last “HAAAAA” with everything he’s got)
The beam roars forward with overwhelming force, pushing everything in its path backward. On impact (or after traveling a certain distance), it condenses into an enormous, blazing fireball that detonates in a massive spherical explosion — much larger than the regular Savage Cannon, often leaving a wide crater and shockwaves that knock back anyone nearby.
Drawbacks: Extremely draining — after using it he usually drops to one knee, breathing hard, hair messy, and needs a moment to recover.
Super Bomba Fireball: The powered up version of Bomba Fireball — Rutaba’s “all-in” explosive finisher. He charges longer than usual, aura flaring wildly with blue and orange-red energy. The ki in his hands becomes so hot and unstable that it visibly distorts the air around him.
Chant (drawn out and intense):“SUPER… BOOOOM… BA… FIRE… BALLLL!!”
He thrusts both hands forward and unleashes a huge, roaring beam of blue fire that almost immediately starts morphing. Midway it fully condenses into a gigantic, raging orange-red fireball— bigger, hotter, and brighter than the regular Bomba Fireball. The explosion covers a wide area, creates a towering pillar of flame, and sends out powerful shockwaves in all directions.
Rutaba usually yells “Take THAT!!” right after it goes off, then collapses to one knee, panting and grinning even though he’s exhausted.
Ultimate Meteor Fury: A devastating aerial/melee ultimate that combines his Meteor Smash Rush style with pure rage power.Rutaba screams and launches himself extremely high into the air (higher than usual), aura exploding outward with blue-orange flames and sparks. He shouts (mid-air):“ULTIMATE… METEOR… FURY!!”
He then dives straight down at insane speed, surrounded by a blazing comet-like aura.He crashes into the opponent with a multi-hit combo in rapid succession:
The move starts off with a Flying knee strike, then a double-fisted hammer blow, then a spinning kick, and finally double-footed stomp with full ki chargeThe final stomp releases a huge omnidirectional ki explosion — ground shatters, massive crater forms, shockwave blasts outward in a ring, and flames erupt upward. After landing he usually skids back a bit, arms shaking, but still yelling “Did you FEEL that?!” even if he’s barely standing.
Transformations:
Base Form (current)
Great Ape (potential; full moon / Blutz Waves; tail required)
Super Saiyan (not yet achieved – likely via extreme rage / Zenkai)
Super Saiyan 2 (future potential)
Higher forms (distant future)

Rutaba is an 8-year-old full-blooded Saiyan child who was sent to Earth alone at the age of 5.His parents — survivors or descendants of the Saiyan race — sent him to Earth for safety and to grow stronger in a place where he could train freely and eventually reunite with them or find others of his kind. The exact reason (war, danger on their homeworld, or a mission) is something Rutaba himself doesn’t fully understand or remember clearly. Because he was so young when he arrived, his memories of his parents are very fuzzy and fragmented: vague feelings of warmth, a blurry image of two strong figures, the sound of a stern voice telling him to “get strong,” and the sensation of being placed in a pod or dropped off in the wilderness. He doesn’t clearly remember their faces, names, or even what they looked like.
Since arriving on Earth, Rutaba has lived by himself in a remote, rugged mountain valley. He built a simple camp (a small cave or shelter made from rocks and fallen trees), hunts/eats massive amounts of wild animals and fruit, and spends almost every day training: punching boulders, blasting mountainsides, practicing ki control, and fighting anything that moves (wild beasts, the occasional lost traveler, or just imaginary opponents).
He is fiercely independent but also deeply lonely. Deep down he’s searching for “family” — people who feel like they belong to him, whether that’s his real parents, other Saiyans, or anyone who treats him with kindness and strength. Rutaba firmly believes that if he becomes strong enough — if he can go Super Saiyan and surpass every adult — then his real family will find him… or he’ll be able to find them. This dream drives almost everything he does: every training session, every fight, every huge meal, every time he yells “Next time!” after losing.
